- International Shipping -

Outside of Australia, We currently only offer shipping to the following countries;

• Canada
• United States of America
• United Kingdom

New Zealand - Flat rate: $15 standard | $30 Express

US & UK - Flat rate: $25 standard | $40 Express

 

- International Returns - 

Please get in contact with us before you send the parcel back and we will help you out as best we can.

Generally, The customer pays for the return shipping label in the event they change their mind. However if the item is deemed to be defective we will help you out and refund the shipping price paid in addition to the sum of the order.

Please be aware that all stock has been checked for defective qualities before sending!

 

- Lost or Missing shipments - 

In the event that you shipment was lost by the postal service, stolen from your doorstep or even damaged in the post in some way. Australia post offers $100 insurance on your package. So please don't hesitate to contact us and we can arrange a replacement in this case!

In the case where your order is more than $100, we will add insurance ourselves on our end so no need to worry about that, we've got your back!
